How much is a policy?
Because costs vary from school to school, there is no set price for all our policies. Please call us at (818) 610-0660 or contact us via the web for current prices.

What does the medical insurance plan cover?

How much are prescriptions?
The insurance plan covers 50% of the cost of prescriptions, except students of Foothill and De Anza colleges, who are reimbursed 100% of the cost.

How do I get reimbursed for prescriptions?
Pay for the prescription at the time of purchase, and then mail in the receipt to the proper claims address.

What do I do if I need to see a doctor?
USC International Students (not Scholars) and Santa Monica College Students need to visit their Student Health Centers before visiting any other doctor. All other students should find a doctor in their PPO network (see brochure).

How do I find doctors in my PPO?
See brochure for further details. Most students can find a doctor in their PPO online at http://www.beechstreet.com but your school may vary.
